What payment methods are accepted?

Standard payment methods#

The payment methods below are offered by default to all our customers, and are available immediately when ordering or renewing a service.

• PayPal
• Credit card (CB, Visa, MasterCard and American Express)
• Cryptocurrencies¹: Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Dai, Dogecoin, Ethereum and Litecoin
• SEPA bank transfer²
• SEPA direct debit³

Additional payment methods#

If you are unable to pay your invoice using one of our conventional payment methods, we can offer you additional payment methods, details of which you will find below:

Administrative mandate / Chorus Pro#

If you are a government institution and you are unable to pay using a standard payment method or direct debit, we can offer payment via Administrative Mandate / Chorus Pro. Simply get in touch with our billing support team to obtain the details needed to set up this payment method.

Please note that this payment method can involve fairly long processing times (sometimes several weeks), so we strongly recommend planning these payments in advance. This service is only available for annual payments or renewals.

Bank cheque#

PulseHeberg does not accept payment by bank cheque. We kindly ask you not to send us bank cheques by post. Any cheque received is systematically destroyed or returned to its sender.
