Overview#
This document details the migration options from the old Standard Cloud and Storage Cloud plans to the new Economy Cloud and Classic Cloud ranges.

Migration to Economy Cloud#
No migration program to the Economy Cloud range is currently offered, whether from the Standard Cloud or Storage Cloud plan. This option is not planned in our roadmap due to the budget positioning of the offer.
Migration from Storage Cloud#
Migration from the Storage Cloud plan to Classic Cloud is not available due to significant technical limitations. The main disk of Storage Cloud virtual machines uses a SATA interface, which makes migration to the Classic Cloud infrastructure technically impossible.
Migration from Standard Cloud to Classic Cloud#
Geographic availability#
The migration program from Standard Cloud to Classic Cloud is currently available according to the following schedule:
- Paris: Available immediately
- Marseille: Available immediately
- Lausanne: Available in Q2 2016
Benefits of the migration#
After migrating to Classic Cloud, customers will be able to add a second HDD disk to their VPS.
Pricing#
Two options are available:
- Free migration: with any annual renewal of your service
- Paid migration: €10 in all other cases

Nature of the operation#
The migration is carried out manually, case by case, by our technical team. Each server requires an individual analysis and a tailored intervention.
Important conditions#
⚠️ Warning: The migration is carried out subject to technical possibilities and the specific constraints of each customer server. A migration request does not constitute an absolute guarantee of completion. Our technical team will assess the feasibility of the operation case by case.
Summary#
Only the migration from Standard Cloud to Classic Cloud is currently offered, with immediate availability in the Paris area and an extension planned soon for Marseille and Lausanne. No other migration combination is available or planned at this time.
