How do I change the PHP version of my domain or subdomain?

In your Plesk panel you can manage the PHP version per domain and per subdomain, by default web hosting plans run PHP 7.3. To change your PHP version, simply go to PHP Settings:

In the PHP Support section you can select your PHP version from the dropdown list:

as well as the web server that will serve the FPM application (Nginx or Apache):
