All services provided by PulseHeberg are subscriptions with no commitment. Your services are therefore subject to tacit renewal, meaning that without any indication from you, they are renewed automatically.
Since these services come with no commitment, as soon as you submit a cancellation/termination request on our site, your service will not be renewed. There is no minimum notice period for this cancellation, the only requirement being that it is made before your renewal date.
At any time during the life of your service, you can submit a cancellation request from your product page by clicking the red "Cancellation request" ("Demande d'annulation") button. Please note that this button only prevents future renewals, it does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid.
